movie rating: Letters to Juliet

Oh I just love this movie... As a matter of fact, I even twitted about it recommending it to my friends. It really exceeded my expectations.

I thought it was just another sappy chick flick but it really wasn't and it made me cry and it even made me get a pen and write a poem because I just wanna be hugged and consoled and I was really really touched when the grandson asked Sophie how many times must his grandmother lose her first love... It was just really emotional and everyone who was left behind by a loved one by choice would be really hurt and reminded of that person who broke their heart.

Sophie's relationship with her fiance would also question everyone else's relationship if they really are loved the way one should be loved or if the love is one sided and is just only in words.

The movie will also make one hopeful too. Seeing Claire reunited with her Lorenzo after 50 years would make one hopeful especially the cynics and the skeptics that love is really out there and no matter if you're young or old, love will never be really late because when one is in love and loved back, it could always mean perfection and completeness.

I could go on and on and share how I feel about the movie but I suggest you go watch it and see for yourself.

LETTERS TO JULIET truly deserves 5 stars out of 5.

movie rating: The Expendables

One hell of an action movie... An all star cast and introducing the action movie has-beens except Jason Statham and maybe Jet Li...

It was really funny and it took me back to the 90's with all the blood and the shooting and the action and some of the effects like Stallone hanging on to the plane lol! I mean for me it really reminded me of how it all used to be and I did notice Stallone having a hard time running on the pier. Boy is he chunky but a man for his age, I give him my salutations.

The film was funny and the lines saying Arnold wants to be president and just their cameos I mean he would be paying a lot if he were really to have those guys on the screen all of the time. Statham mentioning the girl wasn't Stallone's type was pretty funny too because she really wasn't that much of a looker except when she was wet and it showed off her curves but she's still pretty much no Sharon Stone or Sandra Bullock.

A must see for the dads out there I mean dad's of the same age as mine growing up watching films like this coz it would really  take them back in time with their on screen idols too. It's also a good action movie. It is watchable

Out of 5 stars, I'd give THE EXPENDABLES a 3.

movie review: Centurion

Saw this one afternoon and it was hmmmm ok I guess. I was more interested to watch this because of Olga Kurylenko. I'm no lesbian but I like looking at beautiful women and remembering how my ex-bf used to tell me that in the last Bond movie, my body looked just like hers. I mean I'd love if he'd also say the face but I'm no white girl lol!

Anyway she was mute and I was looking for some love scenes or at least less clothes to see if I still have that same body shape and be convinced that slim is still sexy but nope. Nothin. She was silent and she was an enemy and she died.

The story was good but tragic. It was ok if you wanna pass your time but not that impressed with it but still, It's not bad.

Out of 5 stars, I'd give Centurion a 3.

Happy viewing!!!
